Do you dream of a world where every child with cancer receives the right treatment, and has a real chance at a cure?
That’s the dream that drives my work.
This fall, I’ll be moving from Institut Curie (Paris, France) to KiTZ (Heidelberg, Germany) for a two-month research secondment focused on neuroblastoma, one of the most common and aggressive childhood cancers.
Did you know? Neuroblastoma accounts for ~15% of pediatric cancer deaths, with a survival rate of around 50% in high-risk cases, and major biological challenges like tumor heterogeneity, lack of clear biomarkers, and an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.
My goal is to help advance our understanding of the epigenetic and immunological landscape of this disease, using computational biology to support smarter, faster, and more precise cancer research.
I’m truly honored to receive this grant and to work alongside inspiring teams at both Institut Curie and KiTZ. Together, we’ll keep building toward a future where data science accelerates discoveries, and those discoveries save lives.
