Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children “Marie S. Curie” is one of the largest pediatric tertiary centers in Romania. It covers most of the pediatric healthcare specialties, serving through high expertise professionals managing low-to-high difficulty cases over more than 500 beds.
Besides medical services, the strong relationship of our hospital with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy „Carol Davila” in Bucharest makes our hospital one of the major educational centers for students. Moreover, our unit has been into continuous development in the last 30 years, having strong collaborations with major NGOs in Romania, as a result succeeding to obtain a brand new cutting edge facility for oncologic patients. Our center has a strong determination to improve the quality of care in oncology and therefore we are in a process of building solid connections with major pediatric oncology centers and to engage our young and enthusiastic healthcare professionals in training programs.
