Cancer Core Europe (CCE) is a consortium stablished in 2014 that unites the expertise, resources, and innovation of seven leading European cancer research institutes. Dedicated to advancing precision oncology, CCE accelerates the development of innovative cancer therapies through collaborative translational and clinical research, cutting-edge clinical trial design, and comprehensive training programs for the next generation of researchers and clinician-scientists.

The consortium comprises the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Centre (United Kingdom), the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) & National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg (Germany), Gustave Roussy (France), Karolinska Institutet (Sweden), Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori di Milano (Italy), the Netherlands Cancer Institute (Netherlands), and the Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology (Spain).

Through strategic partnerships and targeted efforts, Cancer Core Europe continues to lead collaborative innovation in cancer research and care, shaping the future of precision oncology.
